internal associations - remove (internal) word

hi,
wouldn't these entries be better without it?
When I have:

graphStudio (Internal)
mediaInfo (Internal)
mpc (Internal)
player (Internal)
tsMuxer (Internal)
and some more batch files in that menu

that (Internal) suffix doesn't make it look beter. Maybe it just should be

graphStudio
mediaInfo
mpc)
player
tsMuxer
to make it just simpler - and let user decide what prefix/suffix should be used (if any at all)
