Multi Monitor Aware

Total Commander should be aware of multiple monitors.
When opening an FTP connection or a synchronize Dirs window, the window should appear on the same monitor as the instance of Total Commander that created it.

TC remembers the size and position of dialogs which can be resized. Therefore when you have multiple monitors, TC also remembers the monitor. However, when a monitor is disabled, TC moves the dialog to the active monitor.
