How can I mutli rename title - artist to artist - title?

in multirename dialog go to SEARCH FOR and type:
(.*) - (.*)\.
in REPLACE WITH type:
$2 - $1.
and tick a small box (only this one) just to the left of REGEX (below REPLACE WITH)

If your files have proper mp3-tags, you may use a content plugin like anytag.
Just open Multi-Rename-Tool and set the filename parts with the "plugin" button.
