Integrate with the Open File dialog

Some programs show the Open File dialog with insane location. May it be possible to add something like "TC left" and "TC right" to the File Open dialog, at least on Windows 7?

This can be an entry in Favorites, or Libraries, or whatever.

You can use TC command cm_CopySrcPathToClip to copy active panel's path to clipboard and then paste it into filename field of dialog and then press Enter - dialog's path will change to that dir. You may assign any hotkey to this command.
