mht plugin
Is there a plugin that shows .mht pages with CTRL-Q?
yes try HTMLView http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/htmlview.html but get it from google code as totalcmd has an old version (1.1 the latest is 1.2.5) http://sites.google.com/site/htmlview/
HTMLView is based on IEView but it's development has stopped

uLister can also render mht but it's too big and slow http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/oilister.html

wlx lister for MHT and for MAFF
I am grateful to iana for pointing me to ver 1.2.5 of HTMLView.
Now I can quick-view the MHT files that I created when saving a web page as a single file using Internet Explorer. But Firefox saves as MAFF. Do you know of a viewer for MAFF files?
By the way, I read that MAFF is preferable to MHT as format for storing a web page in one file.

maff is a nonstandard format I believe it's a zip file that contains the html and images of the saved page, try ctrl+Page Down then quick view, mht is similar to email messages and it doesn't compress files but uses base64 encoding to convert binary to text files so mht files are larger then the original.
On Windows I prefer to store web page's (yes that's plural) in chm (compiled or compressed html) I use a free tool htm2chm http://yarix.by.ru/ they have a ie addon that saves a page to chm from within ie but as I use firefox I combine scrapbook for capturing webpages and htm2chm for conversion/compression.
I don't know of a maff viewer but htmlview works with chm.
