[Sug] Ongoing notification for long operations

I'm copying some files from computer on the background. But I've no ongoing notification about the long operation. I'd like to have:
* Ongoing notification about the long operation
* Notification when the operation is done

Note that this would also increase the priority of the operation, so it would not be usually killed.

Vochomůrka, I'm not sure if zou are talking about TC for Android 1.0 RC1. I can't fing Conf./Mics there.

Note that iit would not add the ongoing notification.
