Copy time in Queue

Post by *Bladelm »

I am using Queue as default in config. But i also missed time remaining in beta 8.0 version. Please can u add it? I am missing it all the time from WC.I am using Queue function every day, but better will be to see time remaining. I think it is easy to add for you. Thanks for response...

It is necessary to enumerate all files and folders in order to know summary size and calculate estimated time. It will slow down copy process because of additional disk IO operations. And, it is impossible to calculate time accurately.

Yes it is true but when enumerate file without queue is possible, why without queue not. It takes same time i think. I don't need accurate in secouds. I know I/O disk do a lot. But without queue it is measuring real and with queue no measuring? I think that can be a option to use/don't use measuing in queue.
