TC Shortcut: Wrong Owner, when installed for single user.

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

TC Shortcut: Wrong Owner, when installed for single user.

x64 Beta, Windows 7
Logged in user, group of Administrators.
Shortcut created in: %USERPROFILE%\Desktop
Desktop Shortcut owner assigned to Administrators, instead of UserName.

This is normal because the shortcut is created by the installer running as administrator. However, the directory %USERPROFILE%\Desktop should give you access to that file.
