More detailed description (after discussing in the Russian forum):
When cursor is set in the right panel, clicking on a different file in the same panel leads to disappearing of the cursor.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce it myself.

Could you ask the user who reported it for a copy of his wincmd.ini? He can clear all history sections and other senstitive info.
