[8.00b2] Lister - Slow scrolling on images

Scrolling images in Lister (x86+x64) are unusual slow, when scrolling by keyboard. V7.56 is a way faster.
(Tested with internal and external rendering method)

What type of images? I don't see any difference with BMPs. Other images like JPG were handled by plugins. Please give me more information.

Ok, i'll try to explain:

- Open any kind of image in lister (bmp, jpg, etc.) that is bigger than screen resolution (to produce scrollbars)
- Try to scroll up/down/left/rigtht with cursor/arrow keys instead of mouse
- TC 8.0b2 behavior = slow movement / jumps only very few pixels
- TC 7.56 behavior = faster movement / jumps a way more pixels

There is no difference, if a external viewer like irfanview is selected, or lister renders the image itself.

I just tried with beta 2: Sideways it scrolls very fast. Up and down you have two speeds: Fast with PageUp/Down, slow with cursor keys. Can you confirm that?

Thats true, but compared to old TC, it's quite slow.

Example - Scrolling a big image with page up/down:

- TC7.56 = 2 hits
- TC8.0b2 = 14 hits to reach the end.

The page size for page down is set to 100 pixels now. What other size would you suggest? I think that it was quite random in TC 7.56a, maybe depending on the previous view mode...

Whats about:
- Cursor movement = 15% of image width/height per hit
- Page up/down = 25% of image height per hit

Hmm, that's not such a good idea, because if an image is e.g. 10x the size of the window, you wouldn't even see all parts of it...
