TC 8.0b2 x64: Synchronize Dirs + Minimize & Restore

When you minimize the modal Synchronize Dirs window it doesn't minimize TC's Window --- instead it minimizes to a "titlebar" at the bottom left of the desktop. When you restore the window it doesn't resume it's previous size -- instead it's width/height is: 631px x 238px.

Indeed my code to handle this doesn't seem to work anywhere, e.g. in search you get the same problem. I will try some other solutions.

Should be fixed, also in multi-rename tool and search function!

Confirmed that minimize-restore for Sync, Multi-rename and Search tools now works in TC 8.0b3 x64
