[x64b2] no thumbnails in the overwrite dialog

Post by *PhoenixK »

During copy or move when the overwrite dialog appers, the thumbnails are not shown with x64:

With x32 it is working fine:

I use IrfanView as an external viewer, and set in the "Use Irfanview/Xnview to load graphics other than BMP". I tried with and without it, the result is the same.

Looks like the used dll from irfan view needs to be 64-bit. (and is not)

AFAIK TC uses IrfanView.EXE and not DLL so it doesn't require to be 64-bit...

You should be right on this. (After a quick observation of the irfan view folder)

I don't use Irfanview for thumbnails, I use Explorer OLE2 method and it doesn't work either (in the overwrite dialog).

I have also tried using plugin (Imagine 1.0.8 64bit), but still no thumbnail in the overwrite dialog.

Confirm fixed, but there is a new issue there:
An Image with quadratic size is shown above the small red X and green ✔.
Only x64 affected.

I think it would be better to open a new active bug report topic for this issue.
