[8.0ß1-x64] Changing view mode selects some items
When I press Ctrl+F1 or Ctrl+F2 or press the corresponding button in the buttonbar, several items in the current file panel become selected.
I did not manage to grasp the exact nature, but it seems to be two items:
1) the file/dir under cursor, if it is not the very first item of the list;
2) the file/dir that was under cursor last time I changed the view mode.
OS: WinXP SP2 x64.

NOT confirmed here. Could you give me more details on how to reproduce it, please? I just tried it several times, TC just preserves the existing selection...

No - If there is nothing selected, then the current file/folder gets selected when changing the view (I start in Full view). And most often one other fileor folder further get selected too - it seems randomly which one. There also seems to be a difference whether the cursor is on a file or a folder the first time Ctrl+f1 is pressed.TC just preserves the existing selection

I could reproduce it now - I had reassigned Ctrl+F1 to something else because I don't use brief view often...
