search, feed to list box, MRT -- the list is not updated after that.

it is not really a bug but more a logical flaw. I.e. the TC is aware that the filenames were altered, so makes no sense to display old names. E.g. if you have a list of folders then you may no longer click on any of them after the name change.

Unfortunately the MRT and the search result list are independent, and the MRT can't update the list. This has been the case also in all 32-bit versions.
