[8.0 ß2 x64] UTF-8 in definition of custom columns

Hi Christian,

another place where the UTF-8 problem seems to occur is the definition of custom columns. When you edit or add a column and select items from them menus opening with the "+" button at right, the Umlaute in the German version don't work and are replaced with question marks.

Indeed it uses the same menu functions as in Lister, thanks!

This also applies to the right-click menu in the Synchronize tool.

Indeed they all use the same menu functions. Please check with beta 3.
