[64x] Main config dialog and Arabic language

When change TC language to Arabic, only the options in the "Layout" page are visible but the options in all other pages are invisible.

Indeed the right to left functions haven't been fully adapted to Lazarus yet. I hope to get that fully working in beta 3.
