Indication in lister if GDI+ is used.

In prior versions of TC you could usually see in Listers title bar whether a plugin is in use. If nothing was shown in the titlebar when displaying images you could rely on that it was Irfanview or XNView that showed the file (except for BMP's).

After the introduction of Lister using GDI+ for internally showing BMP, PNG, JPG and GIF files it would be nice if the title bar showed when GDI+ is in use.

I doesn't even require translation, hence could be implementet right away.
