[FIXED] Upper case bug in "Compare contents" from

I use uppercase for drives letter
(DrivesExportUpcase=1)
(DrivesShowUpcase=1)
if i call "Compare by contents" from file panels it's OK - drives letters are uppercase, but invoke this function from "Synchronize dirs" window brings "Compare contents" info dialog (for identical files) or window (for different files) with lower case drives letters.
