TC 7.56(a) Crashes in Win 8

TC 7.56(a) Crashes quite often in Windows 8 Dev. Preview (32 bit) when deleting with Shift+F8. Please see the report below. By the way, TC8b4 does exactly the same. The user has Admin rights.
Let us know the solution pls or correct it if it is a bug.

Yeah very usefull to report a Bug that happens on an OS thats not even BETA Status...

It seems that you have DISABLED the recycle bin by default, so Shift+F8 deletes to recycle bin, because the error occurs withing the Windows 8 Recycle Bin function. Unfortuanely I haven't had the time yet to install Windows 8, and with the many new reported bugs I will probably not have the time to test it for next few weeks, sorry.
