[request] working with tc while in search mode

It would be nice to have in the search function a button that will send the search window to the background.
(or make it possible to continue working with TC without being limited).

(I sorry if this request was posted already I've tried to located it in the forum search)

• It's a good idea in the principle, so I'll support it - if it's technically possible-
 Whether the answer is in the affirmative, that should need at least an "alarm" - sound or "flag" - to know when the search is ended…

  I never found anything by this way… So, don't worry! That Search engine might be improved, I guess; currently, it doesn't find a cow in a corridor (well known French expression!)
¤ Suggestion: use words between double-quotes, like usual in the most Web Search sites...

Hi TClover,

I would have like this request in the past also but know with TC6 and the tab it fit my need.

You can make a search then "Feed to listbox". From this point you can open other tabs to work with TC and still access your search results. And you can repeat this as much as you want.

Are you using the tab or not?
Which function are you missing?
