[b4x64] Incomplete operation d&d - cursor show sign '+'

Incomplete operation drag and drop - the cursor displays sign "+".
Clicking the left mouse button does not remove sign "+". Clicking the right mouse button deletes sign "+".

Confirm the bug in 8.0β4 and fix in 8.0β5.
