1. Start an unregistered TC copy, do not press 1-2-3 in the nag screen.
2. Start TC installer (tested with 8.0β5 installer), select updating existing installation.
3. The installer warns that the running TC will be closed. Press Next.
4. The installer waits for some time then tells that it failed to terminate TC.

This isn't really a bug - there are some situations where TC can't be closed automatically, and the above is one of them.
