Quick search input box in sync tool

Post by *petermad »

In the x64 version the quick search input box in the sync tool is placed in the top of the file list, whereas it is placed in the bottom in th 32bit version and previous versions.

I like the top position better - maybe that could be implemented in the 32bit version in stead.

I also had a hard time remembering how to start the quick search in sync (just start typing). It would be nice if Ctrl+S and the key combination chosen in the setup for the main Quick search (Ctrl+Alt+Letters, Alt+Letters or Letters - with search dialog), would also work for quick search in the sync tool.

Ctrl+S is actually the quick search filter, not the normal quick search. It's not working in sync.

It's not working in sync
I know - that's why I am requesting it.

Note - I am not requesting filtering in the sync tool - just that the search input box pops up when I press Ctrl+S (or at least when pressing Alt+Letter / Ctrl+Alt+Letter).
