[8.0ß5-x64] Configuration dialog language not updated

1. Start TC with empty INI.
2. Open Configuration -> Language, select any language, press Apply.
3. The configuration dialog itself remains in English. It is necessary to close and reopen the dialog to see it in the new language.

In 32-bit TC the dialog updates its language immediately.

Or just click the language once again and Apply again.

Confirmed, thanks. The cause is the same as the other problems reported for beta 5 with changing the language.

Confirm fixed in 8.0β6.
