It seems that no one other has this problem.
I currently have no access to a computer with two or more partitions to test this on real hardware. All tests in this thread are done on a VM.
Since I know what TC is checking to identify the winrar.exe, I modify my own rar wrapper and can't reproduce the problem on this VM.
Maybe the problem only exists on a VM in a special condition, because this only happens with the original winrar.exe but not e.g. with my own rar wrapper.
There must be something with this VM (even on a clean install), because no one other seems to have this problem.
TC can't retrieve one or more requirements to identify the winrar.exe an create a 0 byte file list.
Btw, I use the "VMware Workstation V8.0" as VM.
I think you can close this "bug", because i have no clue to isolate this.

Maybe you could let me access that VM via TeamViewer or VNC?
