Compare files Wrong Errmsg Not Enough Memory if file locked

Very old error still exists in 7.56a. If a file is locked (by some other program, not allowing reading) TCMD Compare by Content reports "Not Enough Memory" instead of something clearer like "Unable to read file XXXXX, it maybe is locked"

Same bug in tcmd 8 beta 7

Irritating, because it leads the user on the wrong track, causing time spent on wrong issues.

TCMD is still the best - I could not live without it!
