Graphics bug in Internal Association dialog

Win Se7en 64 bit, TC 8.0 64 bit, Betas 5 & 7 (didn't test in betas 1-4 & 6).
The bug is revealed by executing the cm_Associate command.
The small (4 pixels high only) rectangular area shows the background window (TC's panels in our case). After pressing "New type" or "Edit type", and then Cancel, this rectangle is partially filled by the gray color of the called dialog window.

Confirmed with Classic theme. With Luna theme ther is a white line in the same area. Only in x64 version.

Indeed I couldn't find a reason for this behaviour, sorry. Cannot fix.
