FTP Using TC x64 8.0B6

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

And what about settings, do you have the same for both TCs? I'd expect shared setting by default, so there should be no problem, but who knows..

If you can log in, but don't see any files, it means data connection failed to establish. But if you use passive mode (and my guess from that tiny log fragment is probably yes - isn't there some failed PORT before PASV, right?) then there's absolutely no reason for failure, as in passive mode it's outgoing connection. And outgoing connections are not blocked by Windows Firewall by default and if you changed it, you'd probably know about it.

So the bottom line is...you are as confused as I am as to why this won't work.

Well, perhaps. But since I couldn't check it myself and it works fine for everyone else, I tend to go with explanation of something being wrong at your side. ;)

Could you try to share bigger part of log, not just the last command?

Have you tried using passive mode (Ctrl+F - Edit connection - Passive)? This will get through the firewall without any rules.
