Moving a folder that is counting its size

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Moving a folder that is counting its size

Post by *tbeu »

Not really a bug, but if you move a folder that is counting its folder size (by SPACE key) in backgorund you get many messages that subfolders cannot be deleted. Maybe this kind of interaction should not be allowed at all. User could be asked if he wishes to wait till background process has finsished or if it should be aborted.

No surprise - Windows cannot delete directories if a file or directory is open within it. I think that the users are clever enough to notice this and try again later.
