Reported on the Russian forum (sorry, cannot test it myself yet — don't have headphones/speakers on the computer with 64-bit OS):

When closing the Command Browser dialog by pressing ESC, a sound is played.

Hi Flint!

I can confirm this behaviour, here on Win 7 x64 running TC 8.0ß9 x64. With the 32-bit version of TC this doesn't occur.

Confirmed, ENTER or ESC - the well-known Lazarus bug.
