TC hang up when unpacking large file into FAT32 volume drive

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

TC hang up when unpacking large file into FAT32 volume drive

I have a compressed file that has 7 GB file size.
when i extract it into FAT32 volume drive, TC hanging up and CPU being busy.

I have a TC8 beta 9

That's to be expected as FAT32 limits the file size to 4 GB...

No, it's not. TC should say that there's not enough space left on the drive (and TC shouldn't hang up).

hasibsoft, what kind of archive you have? Does TC process it internally or via external plugins?

Of course you are using a external plugin !
TC has no native support for 7-zip format.

This shouldn't happen with internal unpackers, so it must be a problem with the 7zip plugin. Could you inform the author, please? I could do that too, but I don't know which 7zip plugin you use...
