It was physical folder, file type was something like vbs/hta.
Let's wait until Christian decodes crash log...

Thanks for the report. The error occurs in the Windows function ExtractIconW. Here is the last call inside TC:

result:=ExtractIconW(hinstance,curiconfile,index)
The associated program is determined via registry. Please ask the user what program is associated with this file type. It may be damaged, or on a currently inaccessible network drive. But still, ExtractIconW should not crash...
