Right to Left issue - TC8 Beta12

I have installed TC8 beta 12 64bits in English,
all my Windows 7 settings are in English,
Only my Location and date format is Israel.

After a quick test, it is the Region and Language Format that determines the left/right justify for everything on the screen:
With Format "Hebrew (Israel)", scrollbars are on the left, checkboxes are on the right of the text, drive letter appears as :C instead of C: and so on...

In fact, the file date displayed in TC is also affected by the Format settings,
which is strange because the Configuration panel allows some modifications...

Can confirm.

Same issue with tc64 on windoes 7 x64.

Worked OK for beta 11.

Thanks, this is a funny new "feature" in the updated Lazarus version. It seems to guess the right to left alignment from the user language. I will remove it.

Everything is back to normal in beta 13.
