TC main window flickers while closing some dialogs

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

TC main window flickers while closing some dialogs

Post by *Caterp!llar »

When close some dialogs with [X] button TC main window disappears and shows quickly.
Dialogs: Files->Edit Comment, Files->Split File, Files->Encode File, Files->Decode File, Files->Create Checksum

This is intentional - TC sets the focus back to its main program because sometimes it is stolen by some other programs. I couldn't find out so far when this is happening.

This is not reproducible when I close a dialog with [ESC] or 'Cancel' button.
Checked it in old 6.56 - not reproduced.

Also I noted - in the 'File comment' dialog I cannot switch 'Use OEM (DOS) font' checkbox - it's disabled.

This is a Lazarus problem with the X button, there is currently no workaround.

You can choose it only when using the files.bbs comment type, which uses OEM chars.
