Tooltips for invisible tabs

TC 8.0 beta 1-13, both 32 and 64-bit, clean ini except:

- open several tabs in right panel, more than can fit in the view and select last one to make some go away to the left
- move the mouse above some visible tab and let the tooltip with full path show
- keep the mouse above tabs (same vertical position) and move it to the left, tooltips will be shown for all tabs, including those hidden beyond panel and even window limit

I can confirm the bug when I move the mouse cursor over the area next to the folder tabs over the opposite panel.

Yes, sometimes it happens only in free space in left panel where there are no actual tabs. But sometimes the tooltips for hidden right tabs are shown also over existing left tabs. I don't know on what it depends, maybe the number of tabs or something. I didn't investigate for too long, as it doesn't really bother me much and if it was skipped as not important, I could live with that. But still it's a bug and bugs must be reported. :)

Btw, it's there for a long time, same thing happens also in 7.56a, 7.04 and 6.56. I just never noticed it before.

Thanks, I can confirm it - I'm using tabs on multiple lines myself, so I never noticed it.
