Problems: TC v.6.01 vs Solaris 9

Hi,
I have installed TC on W2K. I connected with server (Solaris 9) in right and left window and I couldn't copy enything.
Then I put in /etc/ftpd/ftpaccess:
port-allow realusers 0.0.0.0/0
pasv-allow realusers 0.0.0.0/0
Now, when I copy files from right window to left one everything is OK.
When I copy files from left window to right, connection hangs and I see error: "Address already in use".
I checked total.log in my W2K and I saw that TC always tries to use the same port for coping files.
What can I correct ? Where is the bug ?

Normally when you connect a ftp server on the left AND on the right panel of TC, it is for transferring files between two different FTP servers, not the same one.
Copying files from and to the same ftp server is not really optimal, because each file has to be downloaded and uploaded again. Hopefuly you have a fast network, or small files...
If you really want to do what you describe without risking collisions, you could define two separate connections in the ftp connection manager of TC (mysolarisserver1 and mysolarisserver2), both pointing to the same server and with the same settings.
Connect then the left Window of TC to mysolarisserver1 and the right one to mysolarisserver2. It could work better...

Yes, thats true, thats not really optimal, but if you have only a ftp access to a server (the most web accounts offers only ftp), you have not another alternative.

Actually, no. From TC's Help:

New functions in Commander 4.02:
- FTP server to server transfers (FXP): Always sends PORT command to left server, PASV to right server. This allows for file transfers between a public server and one in a private address room, or behind a firewall. The private server must be in the left window.
