Yes I noticed that also, unfortunately only the 64bit version of Total Commander has this minor issue. So there is nothing to worry about, because the installer has the Beta 23 files in it. It's just the installer. This one can be easily fixed.

Fixed, thanks! I had to slightly change the installer name to make it propagate immediately to the Amazon cloudfront servers.
