Tree+Separate Tree enabled together -> not saved on exit

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

In Total Commander it is possible to use the Tree (Ctrl+F8 ) and Separate Tree (Ctrl+Shift+F8 ) the same time, but after TC restart, only Separate Tree mode is restored.

This is intentional for users who turn on too many trees by mistake, and then restart TC in the hope to fix it.
