Hi,
On my new install of Windows 7 SP1 I can't copy plugins to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Total Commander" folder. TC gives option All As Administrator, but it still fails. Copying the same files with Ctrl-C Ctrl-V from within TC works (also asks All As Administrator).

What's the SOURCE folder? You can't copy to protected folders from, for example, a network share. Why? Network shares are user-specific, so even if you can see it, the admin user can't see it. Solution: First copy the file from the server to some unprotected local directory, and then to program files.

Source folder - you were right there. It works when you copy the files to a local folder first. But the error message says confusingly "Access denied on file X", where X refers to the file on the destination path, not on the source path? Also, how come it works when using Ctrl+C, Ctrl-V (or via Explorer)? I've also tested with the current version 7.56a which behaves the same as 8.0rc2.

Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V uses the Explorer method. I don't know how the Explorer handles this, maybe by copying the file to TEMP first?
