Official correct place to report bugs

I've been browsing the FAQs and haven't found instructions as to where to report bugs found in the Main TC program (not in plug-ins, that I understand are beeing reported in each plug-in own forum).

If it's published, pls address me to where.

Yes, please report bugs by e-mail, except if you want to discuss them with others (e.g. to find out whether other users have the same problem).
