Can you add an option to pin the folder up and other icons in that row to the top instead of having them scroll off-screen with the rest of the listed items?

And on a personal note, can you fill me in on the dev. environment used to create TC for Android?

Unfortunately this isn't supported by the used listview controls.

Eclipse with the Android SDK, just as recommended by Google:
