TC8 64: closing search windows during searching

Hello,

if you try to close the search window (ALT-F7) while some search is in progress then the window is closed as soon as the operation ends (or is canceled or stopped). I think the window should be closed immediately.

I agree. Clicking the 'X' should stop the search and close the window immediately. Or at least it should show a confirmation dialog, whether to do it or not during an active search.
This applies to both TC x32 and x64.

OK, I will make it work like the abort button: a first click will abort the search, and a second click will close the dialog.

In TC 8.01 rc1 it works exactly as pressing ESC. Thanks.

I confirm the problem in 8.0 and the new behavior in 8.01rc1 (32 and 64 bit versions).
