Cannot send move dialog to background (TC 8.0 x64)

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

I just moved a lot of files to another folder. Source and target are local directories which point to UNC paths using symbolic links.

Sending to background button doesn't do anything.

Looks like a duplicate of http://ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=34835. And I cannot reproduce it.
Windows 10 Pro x64, Windows 11 Pro x64

Key seems to be moving on the same disk
(and only on 64 bit version of TC)

I could reproduce it one with RC1, made some changes for RC2, and could no longer reproduce it since then. Are you still able to reproduce it with RC2?
