exchange panels with search result

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

I can't exchange panels (Ctrl - U) if one of them has search result (Search any files / "Feed to listbox"). Is it bug or a feature?

Neither version 6.58, nor 7.57a supports that, so I guess it is a missing feature, or otherwise a very old bug.

Indeed this isn't supported, sorry. There are also no plans to support it.
