[Feature Suggestion] Lister plugin configuration

Hi,

Looking at the Borland Viewer plugin it seems a kind of odd that you'll have to find (guess) an apropriate file with the right extension before you can configure the Borland Viewer Plugin.

It would be noce to be able to configure the Lister Plugins in a more genreal manner

IMHO that is the request for plugin authors.
May be some kind of "rundll32 pluginname.wlx,Settings" could be useful.
