Since installing v8, the suggested folder for new plugins is always the same (\totalcmd\plugins\WCX\<plugin> in my system).
I recall that previous versions did differentiate paths between WLX, WFX, WCX or WDX based on the plugin 'type' value in the 'pluginst.inf' file.
Is this normal behaviour? Thanks in advance

wincmd.ini
pluginbasedir=C:\totalcmd\Plugins
I have used Imagine since the beginning of time, without this behavior.
Yesterday I installed SynWrite (updated previous version) and a new WFX plugin. I had to manually edit proposed path from \plugins\WCX\xx to \plugins\WFX\xx but after trying again with another WLX plugin, TCmd still displayed \plugins\WCX\zz as the proposed path.

The troublemaker is imagine: It comes with both a wlx and a wcx in the same package, but it's installed both in the same dir (under Lister plugins). When installing a plugin of a certain type, TC searches through the subdirs of the plugin base directory to find the right branch. This cannot work when plugins are installed mixed up.
