[TC6.01 bug?]: FTP sync doesn't remove deleted directories
I tried to use Total Commander to sync some stuff from home with stuff from my work via FTP. Everything works ok with the "synchronize"-function except for the fact that directories that don't exist (anymore) aren't removed on the "other" site. I've tried about anything but I keep ending up by having to manually remove these (empty / obsolete) directories. I guess it's a bug, though not sure.

Consider using the Asymmetric mode (from the help file):

HTHIf this option is checked, it is assumed that a copy of the left side should be created on the right side. Files which do not exist on the left side will be marked for deletion on the right side. This option is meant for backups. Do NOT use this option to synchronize a desktop and notebook!

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
