Unzipping a .rar file doesn't keep original files dates

Was this already noted?.
Everything under internal SD.
Files get time and date when they are created instead of keeping the original ones inside the rar file.
It's an "unfinished downloading" file, but I don't know if the issue is related to that or not.

This works fine here. Maybe you have this problem in general on the internal SD-Card, also when copying? There is such a bug on some Android versions, see this link:
