v6.01 search error

The search command (cm_SearchFor) doesn´t work in my windows 2000 (sp4).
When I use the menu Command -> Search (or I create a new menu with this command), I can´t get any search window. The TC gets stuck and I can only make it work again pressing "ESC"

Any help, please?

Works fine here on W2K. Make sure the Search window isn't somehow moved off the screen or really small or something like that.

I´ve found it. Thank you too much.
I couldn´t find the search window, but I thought that maybe if I pressed "enter" to start/finish the search...maybe it could help....and voila! The search screen reapeared!!!!!

Starting the search resizes the search window to show th results, and this moves the window into view...

Have a look at your WINCMD.INI file.

There is a section with your used screen resolution (e.g. [1024x768 (8x16)] )

Find the entries
SearchX=
SearchY=
SearchDX=
SearchDY=

The values for SearchDX and SearchDY represent the initial width and height of the window.
