I find the following ini setting:
LongInStatus=1 - Show long name in status bar in mode view-full. (1/0)
very useful in the majority of cases but sometimes I prefer the summary info we can get in the status bar when the aforementioned option is OFF. So, it would be great if we could have the ability to switch between the two states in an easy way like for example with a shortcut. I guess this means that a new internal command should be assigned to LongInStatus so that we can define a shortcut.
What do you think guys?

Yes I know but it's not as fast as just entering a folder in order to get that info, isn't it?!Raymond wrote:When selecting one or more files, you will get the summary info in the status bar.
Of course you can argue that a shortcut to activate/deactivate the feature is equally fast as selecting the contents of a folder and you'll be correct but what about if you want to have a quick image of the contents while you have a partial selection active for some file managing task you are about to perform?
And don't tell me Quick View is the solution! It would have been if we haven't had all those plugins integrated. At least it works if you are on top of a folder and not inside (with an exclusion of the [..] bit!).
